My Philosphy

Every child has the potential to thrive, and I'm passionate about helping them reach it. I believe in a collaborative approach, working hand-in-hand with children and their families to create a safe and supportive environment. Through evidence-based practices like PCIT and SPACE, I empower children and parents to develop healthy strategies and coping mechanisms and build emotional resilience. Together, we can navigate challenges and foster positive change, helping children blossom into their best selves. (have to figure out a way to make open for work I do with parents and kids and work I do with teens and adults)

My Approach

I utilize evidence-based approaches, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help children develop healthy coping mechanisms and build emotional resilience. Through collaboration with parents and caregivers, we create a supportive environment to address challenges and foster positive change.
